Often heading south for winter these waterfowl species are all images of wild ducks, geese, grebes and Loons taken mostly locally in their natural settings throughout the season but include species indigenous throughout North America taken in other areas of the continent in various plumage colours and phases.  Canada provides a rich and varied breeding ground for the many species of ducks and geese and both spring and fall migrations are spectacular to see.
